If you haven’t traveled to Indian Wells yet, you haven’t experienced one of the most spectacular settings to watch professional tennis. Located in an idyllic setting including snowcapped mountains, blue skies and desert breezes, the ATP World Tour and WTA Premier tennis tournament in the world. MUTUA MADRID OPEN
May 3 - 12, 2013, Madrid, Spain
The Mutua Madrid Open presents both men and women's draws in singles and doubles right in the middle of the clay season. La Caja Mágica (translated to mean the "Magic Box") is one of the most magnificent tennis facilities in the world. The event is classified as an ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event on the ATP tour and a Premier Mandatory event on the WTA tour. Ion Tiriac, the former Romanian ATP player and now billionaire businessman, is the current owner of the tournament. ROME MASTERS
May 12-19, 2013, Rome, Italy
Rome Masters, also called "Internazionali BNL d'Italia" is played on the red clay of Foro Italico, a remarkable tennis venue. Many of tennis' greats have conquered the Italian clay such as Bjorn Borg, Guillermo Vilas, Steffi Graf and Chris Evert. SHANGHAI ROLEX MASTERS
October 7-13, 2013, Shanghai, China
The Shanghai Rolex Masters features the world's best in a 56-player draw for singles, and is the finale to a new three-week Asian swing of the ATP World Tour. The tennis facility, which is Asia’s biggest, has been built on 80 acres in the Minghang district, 27 kilometers southwest of the city. The Tennis Center includes a dual-purpose indoor-outdoor 15,000-seat center court and 40 indoor and outdoor courts. Avantura recommends five nights at the five-star Portman Ritz-Carlton and Shanghai Hotel.
